A Scholarship That Rewards Burden-Carriers

The Shamrock Scholarship Fund exists to recognize and reward young men of Detroit Catholic Central who actively live out Galatians 6:2:

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

This scholarship honors students who embody our vision

Young men who step forward on their own to serve, support, and carry the burdens of others.

How the Fund Works

Unless designated at time of donation, all donations are directed first to the SHIELD Fund.
Excess funds are allocated once a reserve threshold is met.
Scholarships depend entirely on available funds.

Board-Governed & Mission-Aligned

The fund is strictly governed by an independent Board of Trustees composed of dedicated alumni. This leadership ensures resources remain aligned with our mission to support 'Goodness, Discipline, and Knowledge.'
